Due to our pieces being custom and handmade to order, we, unfortunately, can not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you have received a damaged or defective item we would love to make it right, please email us a photo within five business days of receiving the item and we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge. To receive a replacement you will need to return the purchased item as well as the matter included in your piece in order for us to recreate it for you. This includes but is not limited to breastmilk, ashes, and/or flowers. A return label will be available upon request.
If a piece becomes damaged after five business days of receiving it and you wish to replace it, we would be more than willing to provide you with a repair or replacement for a small fee. The cost of repair or replacements varies. Once the cost of repair or replacement is determined and payment is received, you will then need to send us the purchased item as well as the matter included in your piece in order for us to recreate it for you. This includes but is not limited to breastmilk, ashes, and/or flowers. A return label will be available upon request.
