Now that you have submitted the “Contact Us” form and engaged in a consultation, we can move forward in our process. As our customer, you agree to pay the determined total in full through Square Invoices to continue the process with Mama’s Custom Creations. Once payment has been received you will receive shipping instructions via email on how to safely ship the desired delicate material that will be included in your piece. Please follow the shipping instructions in a timely manner to ensure we can get you your keepsake item ASAP.

Just as no snowflake is the same, every product from Mama’s Custom Creations is unique. Our hand-crafted process includes the use of delicate materials (ashes, breastmilk, flowers etc.) in combination with flakes and pigments to create what each customer is dreaming of.  

Each piece is handmade based on the customer’s unique wishes. Please remember that inspiration photos are used as a guide and the artist has some artistic freedom to ensure you receive the most amazing piece. When items are handmade there may be some variation in appearance due to unique and delicate combinations of materials.

Due to our pieces being custom and handmade to order, we, unfortunately, can not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you have received a damaged or defective item we would love to make it right, please email us a photo within five business days of receiving the item and we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge. To receive a replacement you will need to return the purchased item and more of the material included in your piece for us to recreate it for you. This includes but is not limited to breastmilk, ashes, and/or flowers. A return label will be available upon request.

If a piece becomes damaged after five business days of receiving it and you wish to replace it, we would be more than willing to provide you with a repair or replacement for a discounted price. The cost of repair or replacements varies. Once the cost of repair or replacement is determined and payment is received, you will then need to send us the purchased item as well as the material included in your piece for us to recreate it for you. This includes but is not limited to breastmilk, ashes, and/or flowers. A return label will be available upon request.

Each piece can be made with any of the sensitive materials. Which includes but is not limited to breastmilk, ashes, and flowers.

Inclusions are all the special little things that you can add to further personalize your pieces. Items can remain the appearance of the original sensitive material or you can have inclusions added such as pigments, shimmer, flakes, locks of hair, etc.
