Due to our pieces being custom and handmade to order, we, unfortunately, can not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you have received a damaged or defective item we would love to make it right, please email us a photo within five business days of receiving the item and we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge. To receive a replacement you will need to return the purchased item as well as the matter included in your piece in order for us to recreate it for you. This includes but is not limited to breastmilk, ashes, and/or flowers. A return label will be available upon request.
